Jetting...

As you know I am now working for an Airline (I can tell you who in person). I am so excited to be a part of it! I love my job and for now it's so easy! I even get to work from home. I was sad to hear about the plane crash in Buffalo, NY. I talk to people from Buffalo and NYC everyday and my heart goes out to the people who lost their lives. I have been afraid to fly my whole life. When I was 7 my mom flew with me to Boise to see Grandpa T, and I cried the entire way. I have never been a thrill seeker when it comes to heights (except for amusement rides - I love em). I traveled a lot when I was working as a Manager for a Staffing Agency, and was required to fly sometimes once a week. I was scared every time. When John and I flew home from Hawaii I had to take a sleeping pill (It just made me a nervous wreck, and the crazy lady sitting behind us had her stupid DVD player on all night long! Yeah it was a "red eye" flight home. Thought I was going to die!) That being said, lol, I am working for an airline and can fly anwhere. I am not afraid to fly...I'm just scared to death while I am flying. Make any sense?

Ang, you crack me up! I love flying too! But I like the flight too. It's so exciting going somewhere, anywhere! I'm excited you found a job where you can work from home. That's the coolest opportunity. Hopefully we can go to lunch soon!

ANGIE!
I totally know how you feel...I still get freaked out on the take off and landing (and of course during any turbulence!). Maybe we should just take a day trip to NY for the heck of it! What do you say? I guess it doesn't quite work that way when you have kids, huh?
